Training programme to become a Farmer (m/f)

The 2 or 3-year training programme to become a farmer includes working in the field of plant and animal production. Since the agricultural holdings of the Nordsaat Agriculture Group can cover only plant production, the animal production training is organised in another training company.

During the training programme in the company, the core focus is on seed production and all technical work flows from sowing to harvesting are learnt.

An overview of plant cultivation measures is also given.

Training is conducted as per the company’s training plan and covers theoretical training in vocational schools in addition to practical training in the company.
