Agrofarm eG in Luessow was taken over by Nordsaat in 2025. The farm is consolidated and located northwest of Guestrow in the district of Rostock. Good transport connections to Guestrow and Buetzow ensure efficient accessibility.
The Nebel River, which borders the south, shapes the landscape with extensive, marshy grasslands. To the north, the terrain transitions into a partly hilly terminal moraine landscape. The region's climate is characterised by predominantly continental weather with pronounced spring droughts.
The farm has a central main depot in a secluded location with cattle stables for up to 1,500 animals, warehouses, a drying facility and silage capacity of around 25,000 tonnes.
The workshop base with machine halls is located in the village of Luessow.
The Mistorf site has two warehouses and a young cattle facility for 600 animals. The total storage capacity for grain is 10,000 tonnes in flat storage.
Until now, 700 cows were milked at the site. Dairy farming was discontinued at the end of 2025. The stables are currently being converted for the rearing of young cattle for partner farms.
In addition to 2,100 hectares of arable land, 500 hectares of grassland are cultivated as a feed source for cattle farming.
